I’m Justin — a marketplace strategist, brand growth partner, and founder of Generation Win Co.
Based in Central Arkansas. What started as a passion for buying and reselling evolved into a career helping brands break into the world of e-commerce with confidence and control.

My story and experience
With a background in accounting and a degree to match, I loved the numbers — but craved a greater challenge. That challenge came in the form of online marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, and other third-party platforms that brands often find overwhelming or chaotic. I’ve spent the past 6+ years mastering these platforms, personally driving over $10 million in Amazon sales, and learning what it really takes to succeed.
Over those years, I’ve seen the good, the bad, and the flat-out brutal — and I’ve experienced every one of them firsthand. That journey is what makes me an asset to the brands I work with. I know what works, what doesn’t, and how to stay ahead of constant policy changes that can make or break a third-party seller.
Now, I work directly with brand owners, manufacturers, and operators to clean up messy catalogs, remove unauthorized sellers, build exclusive bundles, and negotiate long-term selling rights that unlock sustainable growth.
I’m a husband to my high school sweetheart, and a proud dad to two boys and a little girl. Family is at the core of everything I do — and I bring that same level of loyalty, transparency, and commitment to every brand I work with.
